"Very busy during holidays. Well staffed. Very lucky to have this bakery in the neighborhood. Don't be inconsiderate...there is no tip jar, but they accept tips. The staff work hard for the customers and I see them being very kind to demanding people. Enjoy your delicious pasteries, cakes, pies and breads and leave a little dough behind for the staff."

"SUPERB EXPERIENCE. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable; they'll even give you pronunciation tips for the trickier items like the kouign-amann. It is actually pronounced 'queen-ah-mon' !! I picked a few items to try, including a kouign-amann, some date and pistachio ma'mouls, pecan sticky bun, monkey bread and a bag of chocolate chip cookies. The Canneles and carrot cake slices were by far my favorites! The pastry display is beautiful, with helpful little label cards for every pastry. Just a heads up for first timers, it is a takeout only spot, but there are convenient slanted parking spaces right out front. I highly recommend stopping by!"

"I feel fortunate to have access this incredible place. The service is efficient and the selection is above standard. I do wish the service area was larger as it can be overwhelming with customers and access to self serve is where people wait. I do not like feeling rushed and a favorite term by attendants is “anything else????”— it’s like, “lady, I just got here and there’s five people standing in front of the case"
